Fibroblast growth factor-induced angiogenesis model

Summary

During tumorigenesis, fibroblast growth factor synthesis and release are increased, which participates in and induces angiogenesis, and is an important angiogenesis inducer. Therefore, using fibroblast growth factor as an inducer can promote angiogenesis in various models in vivo and endothelial cell migration, adhesion and proliferation in vitro, and observe the effect of the drug on these experiments, especially its inhibitory effect.
