The frog cerebral spinal cord was destroyed and then fixed on the frog board in supine position, the abdominal muscle was cut along the abdominal midline slightly to the left and turned over, the abdominal vein could be seen to follow the abdominal wall muscle downward, and the needle could be punctured into it (Fig. 1)
