Operation method

Morphological observation experiments on Trichogramma nematodes

Principle

Trichinella adults and larvae are parasitized in the same host and do not need to be fostered in the outside world. Adult trichinella parasites in the small intestine of pigs, rats and other animals, larvae parasites in the rhabdomyosus, infected by raw food or eating pork containing live larvae, develop into adult parasites in the small intestine, the female produces larvae which are dispersed in the systemic tissues through the blood circulation, but the larvae develop and form a cysticercus only in the rhabdomyosus.

Move

I. Self-observation

Larval section specimen: larvae are long and thin, about 100 x 6 micrometers. It forms a lemon-shaped cystic bag in the transverse striatum, which contains mostly 1 or 2 larvae.

II. Demonstration

Adult natural morphology: the body is elongated, the size of the male is 1.4-1.5×0.04 mm, and the female is 3-40.06 mm. The esophagus is composed of long rows of single cells. Reproductive organs are monotubular.
