Ingredients:
Peptone: 10 g
Beef paste: 5 g
Sodium chloride: 5 g
Agar: 20 g
Distilled water: 1000 ml
PH 7.2-7.4
Preparation: Mix the above ingredients, correct the PH, autoclave and then dispense into test tubes or pour into plates.
