1.Dissolve the following in 20ml water

4.0 g of sucrose

2.5ml of Triton X-100

200ul of 0.25M EDTA

2.5ml of 1M Tris-HCl

50ul of 20% Sodium Azide

2.q.s. to 50ml with water
