TTC Sabouraud Weak's medium preparation experiment

Principle

For isolation of yeast-like bacteria from clinical specimens.

Move

Ingredients:

Glucose: 40 g

Peptone: 10 g

Agar: 15 g

Distilled water: 1000 ml

Chloramphenicol: 50 mg

1% TTC aqueous solution: 5 ml

Preparation: Mix and dissolve the above 5 ingredients, final PH5.6, autoclave (121℃ for 15min) and then add chloramphenicol and TTC solution, mix thoroughly, split the test tube, place the slant or pour the plate.
