What is TDS?

What is TDS?

TDS, or Technical Data Sheet, provides detailed information regarding the correct usage and storage of a particular chemical product. It is also referred to as a technical parameter table or a chemical technical datasheet. Together with MSDS, TDS is a necessary accompanying document for chemicals.

A TDS report compiles comprehensive data on a product's application, performance, physicochemical properties, and usage methodology. Its content varies based on the manufacturer's specifications, allowing for comparisons with other vendors.

TDS often comes up during tenders, technical meetings, setting specifications, and in logistics trading. Unlike MSDS and COA, TDS doesn't follow a fixed format. Its content differs based on the product, its performance, usage method, and other factors.
