Fluorescein-PEG3-Amine is a fluorescein dye with excitation/emmission maximum 494/517 nm containing a free amine group, which can be reactive with cabroxylic acid, activated NHS ester, carbonyl (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The hydophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media and reduces steric hindrance during binding.
