In Vitro
Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate (100 μg/mL) protects MT-4 cells against HIV-1-induced cytopathogenicity. Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate (200 μg/mL) shows no toxicity for host cells. Glycolithocholic acid 3-sulfate inhibits HIV-1 antigen expression in HIV-1-infected CEM cells. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
