Descripción general

Hemicellulase is an enzyme complex useful for the isolation of plant protoplasts, biomass conversion, carbohydrate research, liquid food clarification and cell dissociation. A. niger converts cellulose to glucose via multi-enzymatic hydrolysis of beta-D-1,4-glucans, xylans and hemicellulosic polymers. Contains a mixture of exo- and endo-glucanases. Exhibits a high degree of selectivity for galactomannan polysaccharides.
Form: Supplied as a light tan to tan powder. Contains maltodextrin.
Optimum Conditions: Within pH range 3.5-6.0 and T range 40-75°C
Loss of Drying: ≤10%
Aerobic Total Plate Count: ≤3000 CFU/g
Yeast and Mold: <300 CFU/g
Salmonella: Negative/25g
Coliforms: ≤30 CFU/g
