High ROX Reference Dye (50×) is an inert fluorescent dye used in real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or RT-PCR to correct for well-to-well variations in fluorescence signals. It does not participate in the PCR reaction, and its fluorescence signal remains stable throughout the process. ROX dye can correct for fluorescence signal variations caused by factors such as uneven illumination, optical differences between wells (e.g., droplets, bubbles), and variations in reaction system composition.
Instruments requiring High ROX Reference Dye (50×):

Instructions for Use
Preparation of qPCR system using High ROX Reference Dye (50×):
For a 20 µL qPCR reaction system, add 0.4 µL of High ROX Reference Dye (50×).
Note:
The dye can be added proportionally according to the total reaction volume.
When preparing a multi-well system, it is recommended to prepare a master mix, ensuring thorough mixing before use.
Precautions
1. After receiving the reagent, it can be aliquoted for use to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
