Descripción general

Kauran-16,17-diol (ent-Kauran-16β,17-diol), a natural diterpene, posseses anti-tumor and inducing-apoptosis activity, with a IC 50 of 17 μM on inhibiting NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages.

In Vitro

Kauran-16,17-diol (ent-Kauran-16β,17-diol) down-regulates Bcl-2 by disruption of the Ap-2α/Rb transcription activating complex and induces E2F1 up-regulation in MCF-7 cells. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
