Operation method
Morphological observation experiment of Cryptosporidium
Principle
The parasite is an important etiologic agent of chronic wasting diarrhea in AIDS patients and is widely parasitic on humans and other mammals. The oocysts are excreted in the feces. The oocysts are oval or round, 4-6 um in size, and mature oocysts contain 4 naked ascospores and a mass of residual bodies. The route and mode of transmission are not well documented. Diagnosis is made by a three-step stool test: 1. iodine staining of wet tablets: Cryptosporidium oocysts are not colored, and yeast and other fecal foreign bodies are colored yellow; 2. modified Kinyoun antacid staining: Cryptosporidium oocysts are stained red, and yeast and fungal spores are stained green; 3. Sheather's sucrose-covered floatation (Sheather's solution containing 500 g of sucrose, 320 ml of distilled water, and red carbolic acid): cryptosporidium oocysts are stained red, and yeast and fungal spores are stained green. 6.5 g), Cryptosporidium oocysts were light purple in color. Identification was made on the basis of the above characteristics. Move Oocyst: round or oval, 4-6 um, containing 4 naked ascospores and a mass of residual bodies. Modification of Kinyoun's antacid staining of Cryptosporidium encapsulation Common Problems Diagnosis was made using a three-step fecal test: For more product details, please visit Aladdin Scientific website.
