Experiments on the observation of biological traits of Enterobacteriaceae
Recognize the biology of enterobacteria.
Operation method
observation method
Principle
Enterobacteriaceae are a large group of gram-negative, medium-sized bacilli with bluntly rounded ends. They do not produce bacilli and most have flagella and hyphae. They are morphologically similar. Move 1. Observe slices of gram-stained specimens of Escherichia coli, S. typhi and S. dysenteriae. For more product details, please visit Aladdin Scientific website.
2. Observe the growth of the above bacteria on Chinese orchid agar plate or S-S agar plate.
3. Observe the growth of the above bacteria on semi-solid disaccharide iron-containing medium and indigo substrate test.
4. Observe the migration of Aspergillus spp. on plain agar plates and the results of growth in urea medium.
