Extraction and characterization of rutin

Summary

Rutin (Rutin) is widely present in the plant world, has been found to contain rutin in at least 70 kinds of plants, such as tobacco, acacia flowers, buckwheat and dandelion are contained. Especially the acacia rice (for the plant Sophorajaponica unopened flower buds) and buckwheat in the highest content, can be used as a large number of raw materials for the extraction of rutin. Rutin is a dendrobilin (Quercetin) 3 hydroxyl and rutinose (Rutinose) [for glucose (Glucose) and rhamnose (Rhamnose) composed of disaccharides] synthesized glycoside dehydration.
