Aladdin's EMSA Mutant Probe – STAT5 is a mutant of the STAT5 consensus oligonucleotide designed for EMSA . It can be used as a negative control for EMSA Probe – STAT5 in cold mutant probe competition reactions.The sequence of EMSA Mutant Probe – STAT5 is as follows

Avoid heating above 40℃, as double-stranded DNA probe will be denatured at high temperatures into single strands that cannot be used in EMSA.For detailed EMSA procedures, please refer to the manual of EMSA kits from .This product is for R&D only. Instructions for Use：

1.Set up the cold mutant probe competition reaction by adding the reagents in sequence as follows:Nuclease-free Water 4µlEMSA/Gel-Shift Binding Buffer (5X) 2µlNuclear proteins or purified transcription factors 2µlUnlabeled mutant probe 1µlLabeled probe 1µlTotal volume10µl Note: If a larger volume of unlabeled mutant probe is used, the volume of Nuclease-free Water should be reduced accordingly to keep the total reaction volume at 10µl.
