Two-color flow cytometric analysis of NKG2A/C/E expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD19 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab185395) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or NKG2A/C/E Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab191683; Right panel) at 0.1 μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
