This NTP Mix (25mM each, Tris Buffered) is a mixed aqueous solution of ATP, CTP, GTP and UTP at 25mM each.This product is free of DNase and RNase, and can be used in different molecular biology and biochemistry applications, such as in vitro transcription with SP6, T3 and T7 RNA polymerases, RNA synthesis, and RNA amplification.This product is prepared in 1mM Tris at pH 7.3-7.5.
