Descripción general

  Also known as Nuclear Fast Red, with the molecular formula C₁₄H₈NNaO₇S and molecular weight 357.27. It is a reddish to dark brown powder, soluble in ethanol and water. Nuclear Fast Red Staining Solution (0.2%) consists of nuclear fast red and oxidizing agent, and is commonly used for nuclear staining.

Procedure (For Reference Only):

1. Perform according to specific experimental requirements.

2. The nuclear counterstaining time is generally controlled at 5–10 min.

Staining Result:

  Cell nuclei appear in varying shades of red.
