Descripción general

Product Description: ONO 1301 is a prostacyclin (PGI2) analog and possesses the activity of inhibiting the synthesis enzyme of thromboxane A2. In the chronic pancreatitis model induced by DBTC, ONO 1301 inhibits pancreatic fibrosis through its direct action and by inducing the production of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), as well as by suppressing the activity of monocytes. ONO 1301 can also promote the synthesis of HGF and increase the intracellular cAMP level through IP receptor signaling, highlighting its therapeutic potential in fibrotic diseases and inflammation research.
