GPR35 agonist. Induces GPR35 internalization and activates ERK1/2 (EC50values are 22 and 65 nM respectively). Mediates recruitment ofβ-arrestin2 to GPR35. Also exhibits antinociceptive effects in a mouse model of visceral pain.
