Descripción general

The PEG-based ultra-tough 3D printing ink consists of o-nitrobenzyl alcohol-modified polyethylene glycol (PEGNB), methacrylated hyaluronic acid sodium salt (HAMA), photoinitiator (NAP), light absorber, and phosphate aqueous solution. It is a ready-to-use, sterile 3D printing ink. This product is suitable for DLP and LCD printing. It features rapid photocrosslinking for high printing efficiency and excellent biocompatibility, making it ideal for biomedical applications. In addition, the product is characterized by high mechanical strength, and the printed constructs exhibit outstanding mechanical stability and durability. It is easy to print and operate, enabling micro-scale printing resolution to meet the requirements of fine structural fabrication. These features make it an ideal choice for manufacturing complex biomedical models and tissue engineering scaffolds.

Applications

1. High-strength, high-elasticity implantable devices (e.g., prostheses, trachea, etc.).

2. High-precision, complex hydrogel devices (e.g., scaffolds, blood vessels, etc.).

3. Multi-scale microfluidic channels and organoid chips.

Instructions for Use

1. This product can be mixed with drugs or bioactive factors.

① Prepare the drug or factor solution, filter-sterilize (0.22 μm), and transfer it into an empty luer-lock syringe.

② Connect the above syringe with this product using a luer-lock adapter. Pre-fill the luer-lock adapter carefully before connection to avoid air bubbles. Gently push and pull until the ink is uniformly mixed with the drug or factor solution.

③ If the single-use volume is less than the product volume, transfer the required ink solution into an empty luer-lock syringe via a luer-lock adapter in advance.

④ It is recommended to mix 10 parts of ink solution with 1 part of drug/factor solution to avoid excessively low concentration, which may affect the gel performance after curing.

2. Printing parameters are shown in the table below

ItemParameterItemParameter
Irradiation Wavelength365 nm~405 nmRecommended Irradiation Wavelength385 nm
Irradiation Intensity≥30 mW/cm²Exposure Time30~45 s
Printing Layer Height50~100 μm

3. After printing, rinse the printed construct with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) or normal saline to remove residual resin. Post-cure the construct (recommended: 385 nm, ≥50 mW/cm², 30 s on each side) until fully cured.

4. Immerse the fully cured construct in PBS or normal saline repeatedly 3 times, 30 min each time, to remove residual small molecules of photoinitiator and light absorber.

Note: Adjust accordingly when used with drugs or factors.

Precautions

1. The product is sterilized. Maintain aseptic operation during use to avoid microbial contamination.

2. The outer surface of the product syringe can be wiped and disinfected with alcohol before use.

3. The product must be stored strictly away from light.
