Flow cytometry analysis of PLVAP/PV-1 expression by bEND.3 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with PLVAP/PV-1 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab191719) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
