Descripción general

PTAA (polytriarylamine) semiconductor is an organic p-type semiconductor with high hole mobility of 10−3 to 10−2 cm2 V−1 s−1, which can achieve high carrier mobility. It is a stable glassy polymer with good ionization potential for thick film diodes.

The hole transport organic material perfectly matches the energy level arrangement of the absorption layer, thereby achieving efficient charge collection, and it is easily degraded under ambient conditions.

PTAA can be used as a substrate material coating in the manufacture of many hole transport devices (such as perovskite solar cells, polymer light-emitting diodes and organic field-effect transistors).
