  Aladdin IgG Elution Buffer (10×), pH 2.7, is a highly efficient, amine-based acidic elution buffer designed for the dissociation and recovery of antibodies from Protein A, Protein G, Protein A/G, and Protein L affinity supports. Supplied as a 10X concentrate, this ready-to-dilute formulation ensures convenient, high-yield antibody elution under low-pH conditions while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of immunoglobulin purification systems.

Instructions for Use

1. Dilute the 10× concentrate 1:9 with purified water to obtain 1× working solution.

2. Apply the 1× elution buffer to the affinity column or resin after binding and washing steps.

3. Collect eluted fractions and neutralize immediately with a suitable neutralization buffer (e.g., 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 9.0) to preserve antibody activity.

4. For optimal results, use in combination with Aladdin’s Protein A/G IgG Binding Buffer.

Notes

• Avoid prolonged exposure of antibodies to low-pH conditions to prevent denaturation.

• Neutralize eluted fractions promptly for maximum antibody recovery and stability.

• For sensitive antibodies, consider Aladdin’s Gentle Ag/Ab Elution Buffer (near-neutral, high-salt).
