The PVA-based high-strength 3D printing ink is composed of o-nitrobenzyl alcohol-modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVANB), methacrylated sodium hyaluronate (HAMA), photoinitiator (NAP), light absorber, and phosphate aqueous solution. It is a ready-to-use 3D printing ink subjected to sterile processing. This product is suitable for DLP and LCD printing and features rapid crosslinking, ensuring high efficiency during the printing process. Meanwhile, the product exhibits high mechanical strength and can maintain structural stability during printing, enabling high-precision, high-fidelity fabrication of non-planar and complex structures. Furthermore, owing to the multiple reactive chemical sites of PVA, the printed structures can be chemically crosslinked to modify material properties, further expanding its application scenarios.

Application
1. High-strength, high-elasticity implantable devices (e.g., prostheses, trachea, etc.)
2. High-precision, complex hydrogel devices (e.g., scaffolds, blood vessels, etc.)
3. Microneedle fabrication
Instructions for Use
1. This product can be mixed with drugs or factors.
① Prepare the drug or factor solution, filter-sterilize it (0.22 μm), and transfer it into an empty luer-lock syringe.
② Connect the above syringe with this product using a luer-lock adapter. Carefully pre-fill the luer-lock adapter before connection to avoid introducing air bubbles. Gently push back and forth until the ink is completely and uniformly mixed with the drug or factor solution.
③ If the single-use volume is less than the product loading volume, the required amount of ink solution can be transferred into an empty luer-lock syringe via a luer-lock adapter in advance.
④ It is recommended to mix 10 parts of ink solution with 1 part of drug or factor solution to prevent the gel properties after curing from being affected by excessively low product concentration.
2. Printing parameters are shown in the table below

3. After printing, rinse the printed model with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) or normal saline to remove residual resin solution, and post-cure the model (recommended: 385 nm, ≥50 mW/cm², 30 s on each side) until the model is fully cured.
4. Immerse the fully cured printed model in PBS or normal saline repeatedly 3 times, 30 min each time, to remove residual small molecules of photoinitiator and light absorber.
Note: When used in combination with drugs or factors, handle appropriately.
Precautions
1. This product is sterilized. Maintain aseptic operation during use to avoid microbial contamination.
2. Before use, the outer wall of the product syringe can be wiped and disinfected with alcohol.
3. The product must be stored strictly protected from light.
