Descripción general

This product is a freeze-dried powder of recombinant alkali resistant protein A expressed by Escherichia coli and purified by chromatography and freeze-drying. Aladdin recombinant protein A is a modification of the protein structure based on natural Staphylococcus aureus protein A. It consists of four Fc binding domain fragments linked together, with a molecular weight of 27KD. Compared with natural protein A, it removes the binding site with the immunoglobulin Fab region, enhances its binding ability with the Fc region, and improves the stability and alkali resistance of the protein. Recombinant protein A can be bonded to agarose gel to prepare an affinity filler for antibody purification. It can separate and purify antibodies of different subtypes of mammals or genetic engineering recombinant proteins containing Fc fragments of antibodies from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell extracts. The C-terminal of Aladdin recombinant alkali resistant protein A contains a cysteine, which can enhance its directional covalent bonding with gel.

Biochemical research: used for immune analysis and purification of IgG. 
Preparation of affinity fillers for antibody purification: Multiple mammalian subtypes of antibodies or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments can be isolated and purified from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant, or cell extracts.
3、Recommended usage
This product is a recombinant expression of alkali resistant protein A in Escherichia coli. Its C-terminus is designed with a cysteine residue, which can be coupled through the thiol non epoxy group on it to prepare affinity chromatography fillers. The activation of epoxy groups and protein A coupling methods need to be determined through experiments.
