Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (AF405) (Ab190070; Left panel) or Recombinant c-Kit Antibody (AF405) (Ab232073; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
