Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (FITC) (Ab180311; Left panel) or Recombinant c-Kit Antibody (FITC) (Ab232079; Right panel) at 0.05μg/test.
