Flow cytometry analysis of CD16 expression by human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Human peripheral blood cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD16 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab223488) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306).
