Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD1c expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD19 Antibody (APC) (Ab224677) and either Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab190245; Left panel) or Recombinant CD1c Antibody (Biotin) (Ab231899; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
