The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD8 alpha Antibody (PE) (Ab213872) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Rat IgG (PE) (Ab180312). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
