Flow cytometry analysis of CD8α expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD8α Antibody (PerCP) (Ab302187) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Rat IgG (PerCP) (Ab190074).
