Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of EpCAM/CD326 expression on live mouse thymocytes. C57BL/6 mouse thymocytes were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (PE) (Ab181177), Recombinant CD4 Antibody (FITC) (Ab223921) and either Rat IgG (PE-Cy5) (Ab190072; Left panel) or Recombinant EpCAM/CD326 Antibody (PE-Cy5) (Ab223774; Right panel) at 0.3 μg/test. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD326 (EpCAM) expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD4- gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
