3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human Contactin-1 Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing a band at 148.2-168.0 kDa under reducing conditions and over 250.0 kDa under non-reducing conditions. The observation of protein as dimer under non-reducing (NR) conditions suggests that the Fc tag forms dimer (Uniprot: Q12860).
