Descripción general
Lysostaphin is a specialized lysozyme that simulates the secretion of Staphylococcus aureus. It is a zinc containing peptide chain endonuclease that cleaves the "glycyl pentapeptide" bond of Staphylococcus peptidoglycan, causing bacterial swelling, lysis, and death. It can specifically kill Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, as well as the cell walls of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus aureus that can cause fatal infections by lysis. This enzyme can also cleave glycine peptide bonds in the cell walls of other Gram positive bacteria, and hydrolyze proteins rich in glycine, such as insoluble elastin. This product is a high-purity and highly active lysosomal enzyme produced using genetic engineering recombinant expression technology. Can be used in daily sterilization, clinical testing, scientific research, food preservation and other fields.

Preservation and stability
1. The enzyme freeze-dried powder should be stored at 4 ℃ for at least two years without any decrease in activity;
2. The enzyme solution (pH 5-8) remains stable at 4 ℃ for 10 days.
