Two-color flow cytometric analysis of SIGLEC5/CD170 expression on C57BL/6 mouse peritoneal macrophages. C57BL/6 mouse peritoneal macrophages were stained with Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (AF647) (Ab213899) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant SIGLEC5/CD170 Antibody (Ab222909; Right panel) conjugated with biotin at 0.2 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C and detected with SA-PE (rp156150). Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of F4/80 versus SIGLEC5/CD170 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mouse peritoneal macrophages.
