Descripción general

This product is a recombinant RNase inhibitor expressed and purified in soluble form in Escherichia coli, with a molecular weight of approximately 65 KDa and a broad-spectrum RNase inhibitor. RNasin can specifically bind to RNase in a non covalent bond to form a complex, thereby inactivating RNase, without inhibiting the activity of RNase H, S1 nuclease, SP6, T7 or T3 RNA polymerase, AMV or M-MLV reverse transcriptase, Taq DNA polymerase, RNaseT1 and other enzymes, without affecting subsequent reverse transcription and translation processes. Widely used in RNA research, such as RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, mRNA protection, in vitro transcription and translation, preparation of RNase Free antibodies, in situ hybridization, and mRNA localization.

Storage buffer:
HEPES-KOH (pH 7.6) 20 mM, KCl 50 mM, DTT 8mM, Glycerol 50%.

Activity definition:
One active unit (U) refers to the amount of enzyme used to inhibit the hydrolysis of glycoside 2 ', 3' - cyclic phosphate in 50% 5ng RNase A.

Purity:
1.300 U of RNasin and 1 μ G's λ The DNA Hind III decomposition product reacted at 37 ℃ for 1 hour without any change in the electrophoresis band of DNA.
2.300 U of RNAsin and 1 μ The super helix pBR322 DNA of g reacted at 37 ℃ for 1 hour, and the electrophoresis band of the DNA did not change.
3.100 U of RNasin and 1 μ The 16S and 23S rRNAs of g reacted at 37 ℃ for 1 hour, and the electrophoresis bands of the RNA did not change.

Main uses:
1. cDNA synthesis.
2. In vitro translation.
3. In vitro transcription.
4. RNA amplification.
5. RNA purification and storage.

Notes:
1. This product should avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please store it at -70 ℃ for long-term storage.
2. It is recommended to use a final concentration of 1 U/ μ L.
