JAK/STAT pathway inhibitor. Inhibits IFN-γ mediated expression of the reporter gene (IC 50 values are 5.4 - 10.8 μM). Inhibits COX-2 and NOS II expression (IC 50 = 10.8 μM). Inhibits iNOS-dependent NO production.
