  SA Buffer (1×, pH 7.4) is mainly composed of sodium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and other components. It is the most commonly used reagent for diluting samples such as serum in immunotoxicology assays, and is applicable for complement assays and other related experiments. This reagent is a 1× working solution and can be used directly. It is for research use only and not intended for clinical diagnosis or any other applications.

2. Perform the operation in accordance with relevant experimental methods.

1. Store this product at 4 ℃. Discard it if flocculent precipitates form.
