GRADE & PURITYSuitable for molecular biology?Molecular-biology grade — free of nucleases and contaminants that degrade DNA/RNA. Use in cloning, PCR, and nucleic-acid work needing clean reagents.BioReagent?BioReagent grade — tested suitable for life-science and molecular-biology use. Use for cell culture, assays, and biochemical work needing biological compatibility.PCR Reagent?PCR grade — nuclease-free, inhibitor-free reagents for reliable amplification. Use in PCR/qPCR where contaminants would block or bias amplification.for DNA synthesis?DNA-synthesis grade — high purity reagents for oligonucleotide synthesis. Use in phosphoramidite DNA synthesis where purity drives yield.EnzymoPure™?EnzymoPure™ — Aladdin's line of high-quality enzymatic solutions. Use when enzyme purity and defined activity drive assay or process performance. For In Vitro Transcription?In-vitro transcription grade — nuclease-free reagents for RNA synthesis in vitro. Use to make RNA transcripts/probes free of degradation.for DNA and RNA applications? For nucleic-acid (DNA & RNA) applications — nuclease-controlled across both. Use in workflows handling DNA and RNA together where degradation is a risk.for Southern blotting?Southern-blot grade — suited to DNA transfer and hybridization. Use in Southern blots where DNA integrity and low background matter.20 U/μl

Descripción general
SalI is a Type IIP restriction enzyme, which can recognize G^TCGAC palindromic sequence, and is suitable for enzyme cleavage plasmid, PCR products, etc., and can complete DNA cleavage reaction within 15-30 min. Recombinant albumin was added to both SalI and 10×Cut Reaction Buffer to ensure the safety and stability of the product.

Enzyme Activity Definition
In a 50 μl reaction system, the amount of enzyme required for enzymatic digestion of 1 μg λDNA (HindIII enzyme digestion) within 1 hour at 37℃ is defined as 1 unit of activity (U).
Protocol (1) Configure the reaction system, as shown in the following table

(2) Mix well and incubate at 37℃ for 15-30min. (3) Incubation at 65°C for 20 min terminated the reaction. Note :*Sal is finally added to the system, the general 50u reaction system adds 1μl of Sall, and can also be adjusted according to the experiment, it is recommended that the amount of enzyme added does not exceed 10% of the total system to avoid star activity due to high glycerol content.
Matters needing attention (1)Sall is not sensitive to Dam and Dcm methylation; It is sensitive to CpG methylation. (2) Before the enzyme digestion reaction, try to ensure that the DNA does not contain impurities such as phenol, chloroform, alcohol, EDTA, so as not to affect the effect of enzyme digestion. (3) This product is for scientific research only and shall not be used for other purposes.
