Descripción general

Sesamolin, isolated from Sesamum indicum , has antioxidative activity, Sesamolin inhibits lipid peroxidation and shows neuroprotection effect. Sesamolinl potently inhibits MAPK cascades by preventing phosphorylation of JNK , p38 MAPKs , and caspase-3 but not ERK-MAPK expression .
