To ensure the best results, we recommend using this product in conjunction with QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining or Immunol Staining Blocking Solution , and Immunol Staining Wash Buffer .A small amount of white precipitates may occur in this product after stored at low temperatures or frozen at -20°C. Before use, the precipitates should be completely dissolved by incubating the bottle in a 30-50°C water bath for an appropriate period of time.Secondary antibodies diluted and prepared with this product can be stored at 4ºC for multiple uses in immunostaining, but should be discarded when there is turbidity, precipitation, or a decrease of assay efficacy.Diluted antibodies should be stored at 4℃ immediately after use to enable multiple uses.This product is recommended for secondary antibody dilution, but not for sample blocking.For secondary antibody dilution, there is no need to add other blocking reagents such as BSA, skim milk powder, and casein, as this product has been optimized to have good blocking effect. The addition of other blocking reagents may have some negative effects.The effect of this product varies for different target proteins and antibodies.If the signal of the target protein is very strong, non-specific signals will be enhanced accordingly. If the non-specific signal intensity is very close to that of target protein, attempt to decrease the concentration of antibody or shorten the exposure time appropriately.This product is for R&D only. Instructions for Use：

1. Dilute the secondary antibody with this product at an appropriate ratio according to manufacture's instructions of the antibody used and the content of target protein in samples. The diluted secondary antibody can be recovered and stored at 4ºC for later use in immunostaining.
