I. Reaction Setup

  1. Reagent Preparation

    • Thaw all components at room temperature or 4°C.

    • Mix gently and centrifuge briefly before use.

    • Recommendations:

      • Protect probes from light.

      • Aliquot master mix to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
