Optimized buffer simultaneously supports Taq DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase activity, ensuring broad target compatibility. Pre-mixed working solutions containing primers/probes remain stable at low temperatures without compromising performance. Incorporates dUTP/UDG contamination control to eliminate carryover amplicon contamination. Compatible with standard and fast cycling protocols.
