Product Introduction:
The Universal antibody diluent is optimized through repeated optimization of an appropriate amount of BSA, buffer, detergent, polymer, and non competitive protein to form a protective effect on the antibody protein and improve the specific binding of the antibody to the target molecule. At the same time, it is also beneficial to prevent non-specific binding between antibodies and membranes or non target proteins, and effectively improve the stable storage time of diluted primary antibodies.
Precautions:
1. This product contains BSA. If bacterial growth occurs, please stop using it.
2. For your safety and health, please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves when operating.
Instructions for Use:
Dilute the corresponding primary and secondary antibodies with Universal antibody diluent according to the recommended conditions in the antibody manual. For example, dilute at a ratio of 1:1000 by adding 1 µL of antibody to 1000 µ L of Universal antibody dilution solution.
