Descripción general

This product consists of 10 recombinant proteins spanning a molecular weight range of 10–235 kDa. The marker provides sharp bands, accurate molecular weights, well-distributed size ranges, and excellent storage stability.
Protocol
Thaw the marker at room temperature for a few minutes before use. Gently mix to ensure homogeneity.
Load an appropriate volume into the gel wells:
Gel thickness 0.75–1.0 mm: Load 5 μL/well.
Gel thickness 1.5 mm: Load 10 μL/well.
Adjust the volume as needed based on experimental conditions.
After use, close the tube and store at 4°C or –20°C.
Note: For a 5 μL loading volume, each band contains approximately 0.5–1 μg of protein.
Precautions
This product can be heated/boiled (e.g., for denaturing gels).
In low-percentage gels, low-molecular-weight bands may co-migrate with the dye front and become unresolved.
To avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and contamination, aliquot and store at –20°C.
This product contains multiple chemical components. Do not ingest and avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during handling.
