ZO1 tight junction Antibody (Ab135462) - IF/ICC IF analysis of ZO1 tight junction Antibody (Ab135462) in MCF7 cells. The cells were 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.3% Triton X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with ZO1 tight junction Antibody (Ab135462) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF647) (Ab223319) at 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
