티올라세테이트 PEG 숙시니미딜 NHS 에스테르라고도 하는 아세틸티오 PEG NHS는 보호된 티올기를 가진 아민 반응성 PEG입니다. 아세틸 보호 티올기는 중성 조건에서 안정적이며 산성 또는 알칼리성 조건에서 아세틸기가 티올기로부터 보호 해제될 수 있습니다. 아세틸티오의 보호가 해제되면 유리 티올기가 방출됩니다. 티올기가 보호되면 아민, 카르복실산, 아지드, 히드라지드, NHS, 말레미드, DBCO 등과 같은 나머지 작용기가 다른 그룹과 반응하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다. 페길화 티오아세테이트 유도체는 수용성이며 수성 완충액에 직접 사용할 수 있습니다.
