Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD226 expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab190208) and either Rat IgG (AF594) (Ab190241; Left panel) or CD226 Rat mAb (AF594) (Ab212933; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test.
